Webinar recording: New Ways to Communicate about Warming Temperatures

Our friends at Climate Central have launched interactive tools, Climate Shift Index and Climate Shift Index: Ocean, to measure the influence of human-caused climate change on daily sea surface temperatures and show how unnaturally warm ocean waters are fueling tropical cyclones. This advancement in attribution science unlocks new ways to communicate about ocean warming, its impacts and the link to climate change.

Explore the science behind the interactive map tool and the ways it can be used to increase understanding and the relevance of climate impacts.
