Upper Manhattan Climate Action Manual

Community-based planning for climate change combines environmental resilience with social resilience for communities to cope with external stresses and disturbances because of political, economic, and other social changes. The manual aims to assist New York City residents, environmental justice organizations, city agencies, and academic institutions with the tools to prepare for climate change and increase their ability to end extreme social inequality.
