Increasing residential energy efficiency in Calgary.

This 12-month pilot project seeks to get realtors, consumers and corporate partners to cooperate and reduce the ecological impacts of homes in Calgary.

It introduces new ratings that identify a home's energy efficiency based on standards set by EnerGuide. It also enables sellers to market a home’s energy efficiency, an increasingly important selling feature in the Canadian market.
