As threats to federal environmental protections continue to unfold, Columbia University’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law has released a new tool to track these efforts to undermine climate and energy policy.
The Climate Deregulation Tracker is kept up to date with changes to regulatory actions, budget actions, Congressional actions or Executive orders, as well as efforts to repeal statutory provisions or guidance related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. The tool includes links to full text versions of pertinent rules and provides context for policy changes by connecting steps taken by the new administration with existing regulations.
